1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Company offers professional wardrobe refresh and closet organization services ("Services"). Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Decluttering and sorting clothing and accessories;
- Organizing storage based on your habits and available space;
- Color coordination and creating capsule collections;
- Style consultations and outfit recommendations;
- Creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing boutique-style atmosphere in your home.
2. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
- Request: To book our Services, you must fill out the contact form on the Site or reach out to us using the contact information provided.
- Proposal: After receiving your request, we will prepare a customized proposal detailing the work, timeline, and cost.
- Confirmation: Your booking is considered confirmed only after you accept the proposal and make full prepayment in accordance with Section 3 below.
- Pricing: Prices for the Services are stated in the individualized proposal and may vary based on the scope of work, travel time, and other factors. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Payment: Full prepayment is required before the Services begin. We accept payment only via bank transfer (wire transfer or ACH) using the bank details provided on your invoice. Payment will be deemed received when the funds have cleared into our bank account.
- Taxes: If applicable, sales tax may be added to the total price in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
- Booking: The date and time for the Services are reserved upon receipt of full prepayment. We will send you a confirmation via email.
- Cancellation by Client:
- If you cancel 10 or more calendar days before the scheduled date, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- If you cancel fewer than 10 calendar days before the scheduled date or fail to show up, the full amount of the Services is non‑refundable (as we have already reserved that time and may have turned away other clients).
- Cancellation by Company: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Services for valid reasons (e.g., staff illness, emergency). In such cases, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.
- In‑person consultations: Services will be provided at the address provided by the Client at the time of booking. The Client agrees to provide access to the work location and ensure a safe environment for our team members.
- Your participation: We recommend that the Client be present during the Services to make decisions about keeping or discarding items. However, we can also work without your presence if you have provided prior written instructions.
- Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the provision of the Services, except as required by law.
- Client's Responsibility: The Client is solely responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of property unless caused by our direct negligence. We recommend that you insure valuable items.
- Maximum Liability: The aggregate liability of the Company for any claims relating to the Services shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for those Services.

- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good‑faith negotiations. If negotiations do not resolve the dispute within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to mandatory, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with its commercial arbitration rules. The parties waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class‑action litigation.
